GET  /v1/identify?ua=..&client=..  who a User-Agent and/or MCP clientInfo.name claims to be
POST /v1/classify               body {"events":[{protocol, httpMethod, path, status, rpcMethod, rpcError,
                                tool, toolKnown, argsEmpty, hasText, canaryHit, userAgent, clientName}, ...]}
                                (one visitor's requests) -> {declared, observed, signals, reasons, mismatch}
